We are proud to announce that AbilityNet has been awarded 14th in the top 50 Inspiring Workplaces awards, 2022. Now in its 8th year, Inspiring Workplaces has chosen fifty organisations, which includes NHS Business Services Authority and BBC Studios.

Organisations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa were selected to represent excellence across six categories: 

  • Culture and purpose, 
  • Leadership, 
  • Wellbeing, 
  • Inclusion & diversity, 
  • Communication and employee experience

All at AbilityNet are delighted to be chosen based on culture and purpose!

AbilityNet’s mission is to remove barriers for disabled people at work, in education and in day-to-day life, through a range of services for organisations, workers and students.

Our experiences during the pandemic have certainly elevated levels of empathy within company cultures, and it was great to hear so many sharing their stories of celebrating differences.
 
AbilityNet were honoured to be recognised in the EMEA Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces 2022. We are fortunate to have a diverse and inclusive team that not only support one another and work collaboratively to create a fantastic working culture, but also change lives every day with the support they offer; removing barriers for disabled people at work, in education and in day-to-day life.

Inspiring Workplaces was created to help change the world of work, brought about by a community of organisations that are making changes in the workplaces, whom they call ‘Inspirers’. They understand that employees are at their most productive when they are inspired. Their work through the awards, and the teaching, sharing and creating of knowledge, is helping to improve working practices globally.
