HR Update: Dealing with RSI in the workplace

Repetitive Strain Injuries and Work-Related Upper Limb Disorders can cause pain and may eventually prevent people from continuing with their work. Employers have a clear legal responsibility to help prevent and deal with RSIs, and there are many simple adjustments that can be made in the typical workplace.  This webinar helps explain the causes of RSIs, and offers some top tips based on AbilityNet's experience in the workplace.
