Computers, laptops, tablets and mobiles are evolving at an incredible pace, and no more so than when it comes to using your voice to interact with your computer.
For some disabled people this is a huge step forward, for example anyone who struggles to use a mouse or keyboard because of difficulty using their hands or arms, or someone with dyslexia.
For other employees it could be a new way of working, reducing the risks of RSI and making mobile working more productive. The technology is now widely available but requires careful consideration for all sorts of practical reasons, and most staff will require additional training and support to make best use of it.
