Administrator - 6 month contract

£18,000 per annum

This post is an initial 6 month contract covering maternity leave. You'll join a team responsible for providing effective administrative support to the department and across the charity. Duties will include raising purchase orders and the issuing of invoices, ensuring all records in our online system are correct and kept up-to-date, booking client appointments, distributing reports to relevant parties and much more.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a front-line and hands-on role, will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be highly motivated and able to manage their own workload with minimal supervision. In return, we offer a salary of £18,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus public bank holidays, 5% employer pension contribution, annual individual training budget, Simplyhealth Cash Back Plan, free onsite parking, and company sick pay after completion of probationary period (normally 6 months).
