Waiting times at our assessment centres are approximately:

  • London - 3-5 working days*
  • Brighton - 5-7 working days*
  • Newcastle - 5-7 working days*
  • Birmingham - 3-5 working days*
  • Coventry - 5-7 working days*
  • Kingston Upon Thames - 7-9 working days*

*please note, the QAF KPI maximum waiting time is 15 working days

Assessors are available to carry out needs assessments between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (with our last assessment slot at 3pm) * This applies to all our DSA Centres
