Understanding and testing your website with the new WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines
The new World Wide Web accessibility guidelines 2.0 update version 1 with some significant changes including new guidelines, new terminology and a new emphasis on testability.
Course aim
This course is for anyone who is familiar with version 1.0 of the WCAG guidelines and wants to make the transition over to the new guidelines as effectively as possible.
Duration
The course lasts a full day. It runs from 10am to 4.30pm and the price includes lunch and refreshments.

This course is for all Web professionals who need to understand the new guidelines and how to test with them.
Presenter
Jon Gooday will be taking the lead explaining the new guidelines in clear practical language; with the emphasis on giving you the knowledge you need to start using the new guidelines with confidence.

- Case study of testing a website with the new guidelines and understanding the findings using a simplified WCAG 2.0 checklist
- Hands on practical session of testing with the new guidelines
- Opportunity to ask questions and discuss the new guidelines
