Web team support
AbilityNet offer information and advice to anyone by telephone or email on specific accessibility, usability and/or end user technology issues. If you’ve already used our accessibility and/or usability audit services, we’ll support your web teams with any follow-up questions they have about the report(s) we produce for them.
Informally, we’re happy to offer both of these types of support free of charge.
If you need significant or long-term support, however, it may be cost effective to formalise your support arrangement with a service level agreement (SLA). This agreement ensures your accessibility and usability issues are reviewed on a regular basis. For example, we can complete quarterly audits and disabled user testing of your website which may provide you with attractive discounts on our standard prices.
