The longdesc lottery
Quite an interesting rant on longdesc. There’s some debate on at the moment about whether longdesc should actually be in the spec for HTML 5 – this is a good account of the current state of the attribute.

Version 2 of XStandard XHTML WYSIWYG editor

A bit spooky – but an article exploring the idea of having an external hard drive – for your brain.. Could be very valuable for people with memory disorders.

Braille Graffiti In Paris
And for something a little different – Braille graffiti! Unfortunately not well alt-texted, but it’s graffiti on an impressive looking building’s wall. There’s a picture of a guy in a beanie apparently putting up large, palm-sized blobs, and then a couple of images of the graffiti in all it’s glory. No idea what it means though.
