Inconsistent navigation

In this video sequence the visual shows a screen capture of the Beijing Olympics website as the user browses. In the bottom right hand corner there is a small video image of the users head and shoulders as they look at the web page.

Here the user is asked to return the homepage. The page she is currently viewing opened in a pop-up window and it has a different page structure from the one she was on previously. The user expected to say "Home" but she is unable to.

Moderator: Ok, we’re gonna…If you can go back to the home page and we’ll start the next task

Participant: Home

Dragon: [nothing is happening]

Participant: Home… Go back

Dragon: [goes back]

Participant: Sorry, I usually… often there’s a word that says “Home” on it, and then quite often that will work.

Participant: If I go… I’m gonna have to go back quite a lot of times, if I go back.
