Terms and Conditions
As a RAPS Centre you have agreed to:
- Give each new user coming into your centre the opportunity to complete the online assessment tool.
- Identify a machine suitable for full Remote Assessment.
- Liaise with AbilityNet to organise full Remote Assessment for clients who are identified as requiring additional assistance.
- Assist with monitoring procedures to enable us to improve the project’s service offering.
Loan Pool:
By requesting equipment from the loan pool:
- You agree to pay the full postage costs involved with the loan.
- You are liable for any borrowed equipment for the period of the loan.
- You must notify us within 3 days if you receive an item from the loan pool which you believe to be damaged in a way which is not stated on the delivery note.
- You must agree to return the item on loan by the date agreed at the start of the loan unless subsequent arrangements have been agree with the loan pool administrator.
