About Advice & Information Resources

AbilityNet's Advice and Information Services provide free specialist support to thousands of people every year, including free to download factsheets, telephone support and direct IT support from our network of ITCanHelp volunteers.

Advice & Information Helpline: 0300 180 0028

Please call us during office hours to speak to a member of staff about assistive technology:

  • 0300 180 0028 during office hours
  • Please note: calls to our helpline number cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls, and AbilityNet does not receive any money from these calls
  • Outside office hours you can drop us an email (enquiries@abilitynet.org.uk) and we'll return your call as soon as we can
  • Please use the feedback form on this site to give us your feedback and help us improve our service
